Phase 1

  • Secure property, ensure insurance compliance & address internal governance requirements
  • Interview tenants, staff, property management, trades and stakeholders

Phase 2

  • Coordinate, retain and supervise all third party service providers including: utility services, fire and life safety, snow and landscape, waste removal
  • Maintain property including: HVAC, water systems, elevators, address maintenance issues & provide 24 hour emergency response.
  • Produce property inspection report including: physical condition, systems, structure, including photos and cost estimate for repairs
  • Tenant occupancy verification including tenant viability, condition of space compliance, parking, storage & environmental hazards
