Phase 2
- Coordinate, retain and supervise all third party service providers including: utility services, fire and life safety, snow and landscape, waste removal
- Maintain property including: HVAC, water systems, elevators, address maintenance issues & provide 24 hour emergency response.
- Produce property inspection report including: physical condition, systems, structure, including photos and cost estimate for repairs
- Tenant occupancy verification including tenant viability, condition of space compliance, parking, storage & environmental hazards
